Accountant / Financial Accountant (m/f/d) Full-Time

for our location in 29320 Hermannsburg or 26409 Wittmund

Your Responsibilities:

As an Accountant / Financial Accountant (m/f/d), you will assume a central role in financial accounting for Top Aces German program. Your responsibilities include in particular:

• Checking, accounting, and bookkeeping recording of incoming invoices in accounts payable
• Clarification of discrepancies and open items
• Assistance with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including account reconciliation, accruals, deferrals, as well as the creation of reports and ad-hoc analyses
• Active participation in the further development and automation of accounting processes and cross-departmental interface topics
• Contact person for suppliers in all billing and payment-related questions
• Creation and submission of tax and statistical reports
• Independent creation of analyses and evaluations
• Support with travel expense accounting

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial training, ideally supplemented by further training in financial accounting or bookkeeping
• Several years of professional experience in accounting, preferably in an international corporate environment
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Structured, efficient, and independent way of working with a high degree of diligence and reliability
• Pronounced analytical thinking skills and a very good understanding of numbers
• Teamwork skills as well as a reliable and binding way of working
• Good English skills in spoken and written is an advantage
