Job Summary

As part of the industrialization of the A220 aircraft program with our partner/client, the primary role of the "Structure Stress Analyst" profile sought is to ensure that the stress analysis, within its perimeter, complies with certification requirements for primary structure in static and fatigue. Knowledge of secondary structures and systems installations is an asset.

Your challenges:

The stress analyst reports directly to the Stress Team Leader and is responsible for:
• Ensuring that the technical perimeter is well respected according to customer requirements, program needs and manufacturing requirements.
• Participating in stress analyses of the primary and/or secondary structure within its perimeter:
. Supporting technical decision-making related to the stress analysis of the primary structure,
. Supporting technical decision-making for fixed supports and mobile supports,

• Preparing the main technical deliverables and ensuring the compliance of technical deliverables following the requirements of Airbus Atlantic and those of the client;
Participating in analysis and implementation

Profile sought

• Bachelor's/Master's degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in stress analysis of metallic primary structure (skin/frames/stringers...)
• Knowledge of aeronautical calculation processes and methods (Processes and Methods AIRBUS Atlantic, BOMBARDIER, AIRBUS Canada)
• Know how to use Catia (consultation), and have a good command of NASTRAN, PATRAN (Use of existing models, extraction of loads/stresses...), as well as VBA programming
• Experience in calculation of sheet metal and machined parts
• Possesses good written and oral communication skills
• Experience in project management would be a plus
• Languages: French, English (technical)
