The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Customer Engineering Account Manager to join our A220 Offer and Customer Program team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will be in charge of the cabin customization definition, integration and support to all strategic activities.

Your challenges:
Provide support to the development of proposals to potential airline/lessor customers during sales campaigns focusing on Cabin and Cabin Systems requirements (i.e., special LOPA requests, certified options), and the subsequent definition and execution of aircraft configuration milestones;
As a key stakeholder of the Fulfill Customer Order (FCO) process, the candidate will lead the cabin and cabin system customization process of the aircraft after Purchase Agreement, and will guide the Customer towards the Contractual Definition Freeze (CDF) focusing on Cabin and Cabin Systems items;
Put in place detailed governance with Customers ensuring that all customization milestones are completed on time and on-quality;
Support post-CDF activities such as: i) releasing Engineering Specifications to launch aircraft into production, and ii) supporting Cabin PDR/CDR/FAI activities as well as aircraft deliveries;
During the cabin and cabin system customization process, capture out of catalog specific requests and produce a complete Statement-of-Work definition for every request.
Your boarding pass:
You hold a bachelor degree in Engineering or the equivalent;
You have a minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in aerospace;
You have aircraft technical knowledge and understanding of aircraft interiors;
You are familiar with design, integration and certification of aircraft systems or components;
You have customer facing and strong project management experience with excellent communication skills;
You are autonomous and well organized;
You have strong analytical skills, planning, problem solving, and good interpersonal skills;
You show an open mind and a great ability to work as a team player.
This role may involve some travels for business (worldwide).
