Job description
In your role, you will be called upon to:
- Be the strategic partner of the IPT (Integrated Product Team) leader in their responsibility in terms of Time, Cost, Quality and Performance of projects.
- Ensure good decision-making in line with operational needs and escalate problems as needed.
- Develop, harmonize and update the roadmap in support of the Product Evolution Plan (PEP).
- Ensure coordination with all stakeholders and monitor interdependencies within or outside the IPTs.
- Integrate and analyze financial data, planning, quality and performance data for Major Modifications to provide relevant and transparent analyzes on project progress.
- Manage risks and opportunities (identification, categorization, recovery plan, etc.).
- Use specific project management tools and methodologies to ensure optimal execution.
- Establish and manage IPT governance by ensuring effective communication.
- Create synergies within the Project Management community by sharing experience and best practices.
Your profile:
- You hold a bachelor's degree in Project Management/engineering or equivalent.
- Your mastery of English (read, written and spoken) is essential (daily contact with Airbus UK).
- You have leadership qualities and demonstrated a high level of influence.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or program management.
- You have a technical background in aircraft development and commercial operations.
- You have good analysis, planning and problem management skills.
- You are open-minded with strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate a great ability to work in a team.
- You have a sense of organization, time management and you are autonomous.
- Ideally, you have experience and interest in aeronautics.
- You have advanced skills with the Google suite and Planisware.
