Job description

In your duties, you will be called upon to:

  • Be the strategic partner of the IPT (Integrated Product Team) leader in their responsibility regarding Time, Cost, Quality, and Project Performance.
  • Ensure sound decision-making related to operational needs and escalate issues as needed.
  • Develop, harmonize, and update the roadmap in support of the Product Evolution Plan (PEP).
  • Ensure coordination with all stakeholders and monitor interdependencies within or outside the IPTs.
  • Integrate and analyze financial data, planning data, quality, and performance data of Major Modifications to provide relevant and transparent analyses of project progress.
  • Manage risks and opportunities (identification, categorization, recovery plan...).
  • Use specific project management tools and methodologies to ensure optimal execution.
  • Establish and manage IPT governance by ensuring effective communication.
  • Create synergies within the Project Management community by sharing experience and best practices.

Your profile:

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in Project Management/Engineering or equivalent.
  • Your mastery of English (read, written, and spoken) is essential (daily contact with Airbus UK).
  • You have leadership qualities and demonstrate a high level of influence.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or program management.
  • You have a technical background in aircraft development and commercial operations.
  • You have good analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • You have an open mind with strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate a great ability to work in a team.
  • You have a sense of organization, time management, and you are autonomous.
  • Ideally, you have experience and interest in aeronautics.
  • You have advanced skills with the Google suite and Planisware.
