Main responsibilities

In your role, you will be called upon to:

  • Be the strategic partner of the IPT/PDT (Integrated Product Team/Product Development Team) leader in their responsibility for project Time, Cost, Quality and Performance.
  • Ensure good decision-making in line with operational needs and escalate issues as needed.
  • Develop, harmonize and update the roadmap in support of the Product Evolution Plan (PEP).
  • Ensure coordination with all stakeholders and monitor interdependencies within or outside the IPT/PDT.
  • Integrate and analyze financial data, planning, quality and performance data for Major Modifications to provide relevant and transparent analyses on project progress.
  • Manage risks and opportunities (identification, categorization, recovery plan, etc.).
  • Use specific project management tools and methodologies to ensure optimal execution.
  • Set up and manage IPT/PDT governance by ensuring effective communication.
  • Create synergies within the Project Management community by sharing experience and best practices.


Sought-after profile

As an ideal candidate:

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in Project Management/Engineering or equivalent.
  • You have leadership qualities and demonstrate a high level of influence.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or program management.
  • You have a technical background in aircraft development and commercial operations.
  • You have good analytical, planning and problem management skills.
  • You are open-minded with strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate a great ability to work in a team.
  • You have a sense of organization, time management and you are autonomous.
  • You ideally have experience and interest in aeronautics.
  • You are perfectly comfortable communicating in French and English, both orally and in writing.
  • You have advanced skills with the Google suite and Planisware.
