Main responsibilities
In your role, you will be called upon to:
- Be the strategic partner of the IPT/PDT (Integrated Product Team/Product Development Team) leader in their responsibility for project Time, Cost, Quality, and Performance.
- Ensure good decision-making in line with operational needs and escalate issues as needed.
- Develop, harmonize, and update the roadmap in support of the Product Evolution Plan (PEP).
- Ensure coordination with all stakeholders and monitor interdependencies within or outside the IPT/PDT.
- Integrate and analyze financial data, planning data, quality, and performance data for Major Modifications to provide relevant and transparent analyses on project progress.
- Manage risks and opportunities (identification, categorization, recovery plan, etc.).
- Use specific project management tools and methodologies to ensure optimal execution.
- Establish and manage IPT/PDT governance by ensuring effective communication.
- Create synergies within the Project Management community by sharing experience and best practices.
Desired profile
As an ideal candidate:
- You hold a bachelor's degree in Project Management/Engineering or equivalent.
- You have leadership qualities and demonstrate a high level of influence.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project or program management.
- You have a technical background in aircraft development and commercial operations.
- You have good analytical, planning, and problem management skills.
- You are open-minded with strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate great ability to work in a team.
- You have organizational skills, time management, and you are autonomous.
- Ideally, you have experience and interest in aeronautics.
- You are perfectly comfortable communicating in French and English, both orally and in writing.
- You have advanced skills with Google Suite and Planisware.
