Responsibilities:

In your duties, you will be required to:

• Be the strategic partner of the IPT/PDT (Integrated Product Team/Product Development Team) leader in their responsibility for Project Time, Cost, Quality, and Performance.
• Ensure good decision-making in connection with operational needs and escalate problems as needed.
• Develop, harmonize, and update the roadmap in support of the Product Evolution Plan (PEP).
• Ensure coordination with all stakeholders and monitor interdependencies within or outside the IPT/PDT.
• Integrate and analyze financial data, planning, quality, and performance data of Major Modifications to provide relevant and transparent analyses on project progress.
• Manage risks and opportunities (identification, categorization, recovery plan, etc.). Use specific project management tools and methodologies to ensure optimal execution.
• Implement and manage IPT/PDT governance by ensuring effective communication.
• Create synergies within the Project Management community by sharing experience and best practices.

Your profile:

• You hold a bachelor's degree in Project Management/Engineering or equivalent.
• You have leadership qualities and demonstrate a high level of influence. You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or program management.
• You have a technical background in aircraft development and commercial operations. You have good analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• You are open-minded with strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate a great ability to work in a team.
• You are organized, good at time management, and autonomous.
• Ideally, you have experience and interest in aeronautics. You are perfectly comfortable communicating in French and English, both orally and in writing.
• You have advanced skills with the Google suite and Planisware.
