Responsibilities:

In your role, you will be called upon to:

• Act as the strategic partner of the IPT/PDT (Integrated Product Team/Product Development team) leader regarding Time, Cost, Quality, and Project Performance.
• Ensure sound decision-making related to operational needs and escalate issues as needed.
• Develop, harmonize, and update the roadmap to support the Product Evolution Plan (PEP).
• Ensure coordination with all stakeholders and monitor interdependencies within or outside the IPT/PDTs.
• Integrate and analyze financial, planning, quality, and performance data of Major Modifications to provide relevant and transparent analyses on project progress.
• Manage risks and opportunities (identification, categorization, recovery plan...). Use specific project management tools and methodologies to ensure optimal execution.
• Establish and manage IPT/PDT governance ensuring effective communication.
• Create synergies within the Project Management community by sharing experience and best practices.

Your Profile:

• You hold a bachelor's degree in Project Management/Engineering or equivalent.
• You have leadership qualities and demonstrate a high level of influence. You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project or program management.
• You have a technical background in aircraft development and commercial operations. You have good analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• You are open-minded with strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate a great ability to work in a team.
• You have a sense of organization, time management, and you are autonomous.
• You ideally have experience and interest in aerospace. You are completely comfortable communicating in French and English, both orally and in writing.
• You have advanced skills with the Google suite and Planisware.
