Project Manager - Change Agent

You have experience as a change manager, you have worked in a project management office, and you want to grow and develop new skills? This position is for you!

The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for a Project Manager - Change Agent to join our Program team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work jointly with several A220 program teams.

You will be part of the team dedicated to the deployment of Planisware, a project management software (schedules, costs, and portfolio). This team is responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of the application across the entire A220 program.

The team's organization is designed to promote autonomous cross-functional collaboration, mutual support, and collective learning.

Your role as Project Manager - Change Agent will primarily be to be responsible for the change management component, ranging from analyzing the impacted population, defining training strategies, supporting impacted populations, and monitoring change adoption. In addition, you will have a key role related to project communications (including drafting and distribution). You will be asked to collaborate in the creation of part of the training material, while working as a team.

Your challenges:

• Integrate all change management elements related to the project (impacted population, training strategy, monitoring change adoption, maintaining the project's Google site, communications, training material).

• Facilitate sound decision-making in connection with operational needs and escalate problems as needed (performance, decision-making, escalation + KPI)

• Develop, harmonize, and update integrated plans (Plan to be implemented + Detailed plan + Risks & Opportunities)

• Monitor OCM activities and deliverables, ensuring deadlines and quality are met

• Develop communications for populations affected by the project

• Analyze training needs, develop training programs, training materials, and training schedules.

Requirements

Your profile:

• Concrete and developed experience in change management methodology related to the deployment of an IT system or application

• Knowledge of the Planisware application, the planning tool (an asset)

• Communication skills, both written and oral

• Excellent active listening skills

• Open-mindedness and a strong ability to work in a team

• A sense of organization, time management, and autonomy

• Excellent command of French and English (oral and written).
