We are supporting our client, a major player in the Canadian aerospace industry, in their search for a Project Manager - Change Agent to support the implementation of organizational transformation projects and the deployment of new technological solutions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Integrate and coordinate all change management activities related to the project (analysis of impacted populations, training strategy, adoption monitoring, communications, maintenance of the project Google Site and training material).
- Facilitate decision-making based on operational needs and ensure the escalation of issues when required.
- Develop, harmonize, and maintain integrated project plans, including detailed plans, risks, opportunities, and timelines.
- Ensure tracking of change management activities and deliverables in compliance with deadlines and project objectives.
- Develop and distribute communications intended for various stakeholders.
- Perform training needs analysis and design programs, educational supports, as well as training schedules.
- Monitor change adoption using performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend necessary actions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the success of transformation projects.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of change management processes.
- Perform any other related tasks according to project needs.
Desired Profile
- You possess significant experience in project management and organizational change management (OCM).
- You have participated in the deployment of systems, IT applications, or digital transformation projects.
- You master change management methodologies related to the implementation of new technologies.
- You possess experience in needs analysis, training design, and user support.
- You are recognized for your excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- You demonstrate an excellent sense of organization, autonomy, and a great capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- You possess strong skills in active listening, collaboration, and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of Planisware is an asset.
- You are perfectly fluent in French and English, both orally and in writing.
