Project Manager - Change Agent

You have experience as a change manager, you have worked in a project management office and you want to evolve and develop new skills? This position is for you!

The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for a Project Manager - Change Agent to join our Program team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work jointly with several A220 program teams.

You will be part of the team dedicated to the deployment of Planisware, a project management software (schedules, costs, and portfolio). This team is responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of the application across the entire A220 program.

The team organization is established in a way to promote cross-functional collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as Project Manager - Change Agent will mainly be to be responsible for the change management aspect, ranging from the analysis of the impacted population, definition of training strategies, support of impacted populations and monitoring of change adoption. In addition, you will have a key role related to the project's communications level (including drafting and distribution). You will be called upon to collaborate in the creation of part of the training material, while working as a team.

Your challenges:

• Integrate all change management elements attached to the project (impacted population, training strategy, monitoring of change adoption, maintenance of the project's Google site, communications, training material).
• Facilitate good decision-making in relation to operational needs and escalate problems as needed (performance, decision-making, escalation + KPI)
• Develop, harmonize and update integrated plans (Plan to implement + Detailed plan + Risks & Opportunities)
• Ensure monitoring of OCM activities and deliverables within the deadlines and quality
• Develop communications for populations affected by the project
• Proceed with the analysis of training needs, develop training programs, training supports and training schedules.

Your profile:

• Concrete and developed experience in change management methodology related to a computer system or application deployment
• Knowledge of the Planisware application, the planning tool (an asset)
• Communication skills, both written and oral
• Excellent active listening skills
• Open-mindedness and a high capacity to work in a team
• A sense of organization, time management and show autonomy
• Excellent mastery of French and English (oral and written).
