Job Description

In your duties, you will be called upon to:

• Your role as Project Management Business Partners (PMBP) will be to monitor and control the activities necessary in terms of time, cost, quality, and performance to achieve the success of development projects on the A220.
• Your field of action will focus on the IPT (Integrated Product Team) Empennage & WTBF (Wing to Belly Fairing) as well as major structural modifications:
• Act as a strategic partner to the Project Manager/IPT (Integrated Product Team) in their responsibility regarding Time, Cost, Quality, and Performance of projects.
• Ensure sound decision-making related to operational needs and escalate issues as needed.
• Develop, harmonize, and update integrated plans.
• Ensure plan quality through the implementation of performance indicators and tracking rules.
• Manage and control project scope throughout its lifecycle.
• Coordinate Project Management activities linked to the Airbus product development system. Integrate and analyze financial data, planning, quality, and performance data of major modifications to provide relevant and transparent analyses on project progress.
• Manage risks and opportunities (identification, categorization, recovery plan...).
• Use specific project management tools and methodologies to secure optimal execution.
• Establish and manage the governance of multidisciplinary teams, internal and external to Airbus, including engineering, methods, quality, purchasing, and suppliers.
• Create synergies within the Project Management community by sharing experience and best practices.

Your Challenges:

• Monitor and control project activities (time, cost, quality, and performance).
• Develop, harmonize, and update integrated plans.
• Identify and integrate lessons learned from the project.
• Ensure active management of risks and opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Your Profile:

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Project Management/Engineering or equivalent.
• You possess leadership qualities and demonstrate a high level of influence.
• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or program management.
• You have a technical background in aircraft development.
• You have good analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• You have an open mind with strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate a high ability to work in a team.
• You have a sense of organization, time management, and are autonomous.
• You ideally have experience and interest in aeronautics.
• You are perfectly comfortable communicating in French and English, both orally and in writing.
• You have advanced skills with the Google Suite
