Job Description
In your role, you will be required to:
- Your role as Project Management Business Partners (PMBP) will be to monitor and control the activities necessary in terms of time, costs, quality, and performance to achieve the success of development projects on the A220.
- Your area of action will cover the IPT (Integrated Product Team) Empennage & WTBF (Wing to Belly Fairing) as well as major structural modifications:
- Be the strategic partner of the Project/IPT (Integrated Product Team) Manager in their responsibility in terms of Time, Cost, Quality, and Project Performance
- Ensure good decision-making in line with operational needs and escalate problems as needed.
- Develop, harmonize, and update integrated plans.
- Ensure the quality of plans through the establishment of performance indicators and compliance with rules.
- Manage and control the project scope throughout its lifecycle.
- Coordinate Project Management activities in connection with the Airbus product development system. Integrate and analyze financial data, planning, quality, and performance data of major modifications to provide relevant and transparent analyses of project progress.
- Manage risks and opportunities (identification, categorization, recovery plan, etc.).
- Use specific project management tools and methodologies to ensure optimal execution.
- Set up and manage the governance of multidisciplinary teams, internal and external to Airbus, including engineering, methods, quality, purchasing, and suppliers.
- Create synergies within the Project Management community by sharing experience and best practices.
Your challenges:

- Identify and integrate project lessons learned.
- Ensure active management of risks and opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Your Profile:
- You hold a bachelor's degree in Project Management/Engineering or equivalent.
- You have leadership qualities and demonstrate a high level of influence.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project or program management.
- You have a technical background in aircraft development.
- You have good analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- You are open-minded with strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate great ability to work in a team.
- You are organized, have good time management skills, and are autonomous.
- Ideally, you have experience and interest in aeronautics.
- You are perfectly comfortable communicating in French and English, both orally and in writing.
- You have advanced skills with the Google Suite.
