Reporting directly to the Section Head, the PMBP supports the "Mat Reacteur / Caisson central" Integrated Product Team (IPT) leader through the application of improved project management processes, methods, and tools.
In your duties, you will be called upon to:
- Be the strategic partner of the IPT (Integrated Product Team) leader in their responsibility for Time, Cost, Quality, and Project Performance.
- Ensure sound decision-making in connection with operational needs and escalate issues as needed.
- Develop, harmonize, and update the roadmap in support of the Product Evolution Plan (PEP).
- Ensure coordination with all stakeholders and monitor interdependencies within or outside the IPTs.
- Integrate and analyze financial data, scheduling data, quality, and performance data of Major Modifications in order to provide relevant and transparent analyses on project progress.
- Manage risks and opportunities (identification, categorization, recovery plan...).
- Use specific project management tools and methodologies to secure optimal execution.
- Establish and manage IPT governance by ensuring effective communication.
- Create synergies within the Project Management community by sharing experience and best practices.
As the ideal candidate:
- You hold a bachelor's degree in Project Management/Engineering or equivalent.
- You have leadership qualities and demonstrate a high level of influence.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or program management.
- You have a technical background in aircraft development and commercial operations.
- You have good analytical, planning, and problem-management skills.
- You are open-minded with strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate a high ability to work in a team.
- You have a sense of organization, time management, and you are autonomous.
- You ideally have experience and interest in aeronautics.
- You have advanced skills with the Google suite and Planisware.
