Chargé de Projet IPT Pylon/CWB

Reporting directly to the Section Head, the PMBP supports the IPT (Integrated Product Team) "Mat Reacteur / Caisson central" leader through the application of improved project management processes, methods, and tools.

In your role, you will be called upon to:

• Be the strategic partner of the IPT (Integrated Product Team) leader in their responsibility regarding Time, Cost, Quality, and Project Performance.
• Ensure sound decision-making linked to operational needs and escalate issues as needed.
• Develop, harmonize, and update the roadmap in support of the Product Evolution Plan (PEP).
• Ensure coordination with all stakeholders and monitor interdependencies within or outside the IPTs.
• Integrate and analyze financial, planning, quality, and performance data of Major Modifications to provide relevant and transparent analyses on project progress.
• Manage risks and opportunities (identification, categorization, recovery plan…).
• Use specific project management tools and methodologies to secure optimal execution.
• Establish and manage IPT governance by ensuring effective communication.
• Create synergies within the Project Management community by sharing experience and best practices.
