You have experience in aircraft development project management, you have worked in aeronautics and you want to evolve and develop new skills? This position is for you!

Reporting directly to the Section Head, the PMBP supports the IPT (Integrated Product Team)/PDT (Product Development Team) leader through the application of improved project management processes, methods, and tools.

In your duties, you will be called upon to:

  • Be the strategic partner of the IPT/PDT (Integrated Product Team/Product Development team) leader in their responsibility regarding Time, Cost, Quality, and Performance of projects.
  • Ensure good decision-making related to operational needs and escalate issues as needed.
  • Develop, harmonize, and update the roadmap in support of the Product Evolution Plan (PEP).
  • Ensure coordination with all stakeholders and monitor interdependencies within or outside the IPT/PDT.
  • Integrate and analyze financial data, planning, quality, and performance data of Major Modifications to provide relevant and transparent analyses on project progress.
  • Manage risks and opportunities (identification, categorization, recovery plan…).
  • Use specific project management tools and methodologies to secure optimal execution.
  • Establish and manage IPT/PDT governance by ensuring effective communication.
  • Create synergies within the Project Management community by sharing experience and best practices.

As the ideal candidate:

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in Project Management/Engineering or equivalent.
  • You have leadership qualities and demonstrate a high level of influence.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or program management.
  • You have a technical background in aircraft development and commercial operations.
  • You have good analytical, planning, and problem-management skills.
  • You have an open mind with strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate a high ability to work in a team.
  • You have a sense of organization, time management, and you are autonomous.
  • Ideally, you have experience and interest in aeronautics.
  • You are completely comfortable communicating in French and English, both orally and in writing.
  • You have advanced skills with the Google suite and Planisware.
