Profile sought

• Solid experience in technical project management (10+ years)
• Demonstrated skills to mobilize and lead multi-trade project teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical, organizational, and synthesis skills
• Previous experience in the field of management or regulation of materials and substances would be an asset
• Advanced negotiation level in French and English (oral and written)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the traceability and substance compliance management pillar within the Programme Centrale organization, whose missions are:
• Evaluate the technical impact of new regulations
• Coordinate the collection and organization of associated data from suppliers
• Evaluate the impact on the Health, Safety and Environment team and coordinate the implementation of appropriate measures
• Structure and pilot the activity in "project" mode (Costs/Deadlines/Quality)
• Lead a multi-trade "project" team of 5 to 10 people
• Ensure synchronization and coordination of the company's activities with those of the group in Europe.
