Desired Profile

• Solid experience in technical project management (10+ years).
• Demonstrated skills to mobilize and lead multi-trade project teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical, organizational, and synthesis skills.
• Previous experience in materials and substances management or regulation would be an asset.
• Advanced negotiation level in French and English (oral and written).

Responsibilities:

• Lead the traceability and substance compliance management pillar within the Central Program organization, whose missions are:
• Evaluate the technical impact of new regulations.
• Coordinate the collection and organization of associated data from suppliers.
• Evaluate the impact on the Health, Safety, and Environment team and coordinate the implementation of appropriate measures.
• Structure and pilot the activity in "project" mode (Cost/Schedule/Quality).
• Lead a multi-trade "project" team of 5 to 10 people.
• Ensure the synchronization and coordination of the company's activities with those of the group in Europe.
