Job Description

Your challenges:

• Lead the traceability and substance compliance management pillar within the Central Program organization, whose missions are:

  • Assess the technical impact of new regulations

  • Coordinate the collection and organization of associated data from suppliers

  • Evaluate the impact on the Health, Safety and Environment team and coordinate the implementation of adequate measures

• Structure and manage the activity in “project” mode (Costs/Deadlines/Quality)

• Lead a multi-disciplinary “project” team of 5 to 10 people

• Ensure the synchronization and coordination of these activities with those of Airbus Commercial in Europe

Requirements

Your profile:

• Solid experience in technical project management (10+ years)

• Demonstrated skills in mobilizing and leading multi-disciplinary project teams

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good analytical, organizational, and synthesis skills

• Previous experience in materials and substance management or regulation would be an asset

• Advanced negotiation level in French and English (oral and written)
