Our Airbus Atlantique site in Mirabel is recruiting.

Position summary

The role holder will work at the Airbus Atlantique Canada site in Mirabel. They will report to the Tools and Processes team and collaborate with the local IT team, the parent Airbus Atlantic IT team, and local business units or business experts integrated into the Tools and Processes team.

Responsibilities

  • Define the client's needs and the project scope
  • Define deliverables and ensure their quality
  • Define roles and responsibilities (RACI) for each project stakeholder
  • Analyze data to control quality and identify improvement opportunities
  • Manage project risks and blockers
  • Monitor budget, milestones and deadlines
  • Write training materials for key users and user guides for solutions
  • Document methodological impacts and train clients and users
  • Write test cases, organize and perform tests of new digital solutions
  • Drive developments, test improvements, deploy solutions and manage change
  • Train users to make them autonomous
  • Ensure correct use of solutions and perform audits after project completion

Profile / Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or project management
  • Experience in developing IT solutions
  • Enjoy working in a team
  • Be meticulous, autonomous and show initiative
  • Strong analytical skills and good synthesis skills
  • Ability to quickly resolve problems or issues
  • Ability to demonstrate perspective and resilience
  • Ability to work within a complex organization
  • Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences
  • Knowledge of HR procedures and tools would be an asset
