Our Airbus Atlantique site based in Mirabel is looking for its future IT tools and processes project manager.
Job Summary
The incumbent will work at the Airbus Atlantique Canada site in Mirabel. He will report to the Tools and Processes team. He will work jointly with the local IT team, the IT team of the Airbus-Atlantic parent company, and local business units or business experts integrated into the Tools and Processes team.
Job Responsibilities
Define client needs and project scope
Define deliverables and ensure their quality
Define the role and responsibilities (RACI) of each project stakeholder
Analyze data to control its quality and identify improvement opportunities
Manage project risks and blockers
Monitor budget, milestones, and deadlines
Write training documents for key users and solution user guides
Document methodological impacts and train clients and users
Write test sheets, organize and conduct tests of new digital solutions
Drive developments, test improvements, deploy, and manage change
Train users to make them autonomous
Ensure proper use of solutions and conduct audits once the project is completed.
REQUIRED PROFILE
Bachelor's degree in IT or project management
Experience in developing IT solutions
Enjoy teamwork
Be meticulous, autonomous, and have a sense of initiative
Have a developed analytical mind and good synthesis skills
Quick to solve problems or situations
Know how to show perspective / resilience
Know how to work in a complex organization
Know how to adapt language according to interlocutors
Knowledge of HR procedures and tools would be an asset.
