Main mission

Ensure complete project management to achieve objectives in terms of deadlines, scope, costs and quality, while ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with internal and external rules and regulations.

Main responsibilities

Project management

  • Lead projects from start to finish using a structured approach
  • Ensure compliance with objectives: costs, deadlines, quality and scope
  • Implement and monitor relevant project KPIs
  • Prepare and monitor revenue (weekly and monthly)
  • Ensure rigorous monitoring of costs and budgets

Tools & structuring

  • Design and develop management tools (tables, dashboards, etc.) that are easily transferable
  • Ensure the use of standardized solutions for a team of approximately 15 project managers
  • Use or adapt to planning tools (e.g. Planisware or equivalent)

Risk and opportunity management

  • Identify, map and monitor risks and opportunities
  • Implement appropriate action plans
  • Ensure proactive management of project issues

Coordination & collaboration

  • Define, structure and animate project teams (matrix organization)
  • Collaborate with internal teams (maintenance, facility, plant project management)
  • Ensure efficient management of internal/external partners and suppliers

Continuous improvement

  • Ensure the integration of feedback (lessons learned)
  • Contribute to the improvement of project practices and environment
  • Participate in achieving the organizational target in the short/medium term

Job context

  • Evolving environment with increasing team autonomy
  • Less operational support than before (more structuring than purely executive role)
  • Maintenance-related projects with an investment component

Technical skills

  • Solid experience in project management (PMP not required)
  • Good command of computer tools (advanced Excel, pivot tables)
  • Knowledge of planning tools (Planisware or equivalent – an asset)
  • Experience in cost management and financial monitoring
  • Mastery of KPIs and performance indicators

Training

  • University degree in project management or related field
  • Or significant equivalent experience

Experience

  • Experience in project management in a technical or industrial environment
  • Experience in aeronautics: an asset
  • Experience in building/infrastructure project management: a plus
