Job Description
- Achieve project objectives (deadlines, scope, costs, quality) to satisfy the client, in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations.
- Define, set up, and manage a project team/organization throughout the different phases of the project, including individuals from other functions (matrix organizations).
- Ensure the effective integration of lessons learned from experience.
- Ensure active management of risks and opportunities as well as contracts (internal or external).
- Ensure effective management of partners and suppliers.
- This position requires paying attention to any potential risk of non-compliance and committing to acting with integrity, these principles forming the foundation of the company's success, reputation, and sustainable growth.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical, electrical engineering, or another relevant discipline, depending on the position.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in aeronautical engineering or a related industry.
- AGILE for project management (2 - Autonomous level).
- Contract management for projects/programs (2 - Autonomous level).
- Customer expectations and needs (3 - Advanced level).
- Export control basics (1 - Basic level).
- Interact and influence (3 - Advanced level).
- Organization and resource management (2 - Autonomous level).
- Partner and subcontractor management (3 - Advanced level).
- Project management processes, methods, and tools (2 - Autonomous level).
- Project lifecycle management (3 - Advanced level).
- Risk and opportunity management execution (2 - Autonomous level).
- Stakeholder management (3 - Advanced level).
