We are looking for our new Team Leader for our Latesys subsidiary based in Mirabel, QC.
What do we offer?
Reporting to the maintenance contract manager, your main missions will be:
Guarantee compliance with safety rules, the application of the labor code, and the company's EH&S policy
Organize and supervise the interventions of a team of 3 to 4 technicians and subcontractors
Participate in working groups with client service contacts (Maintenance, Methods, Manufacturing, EH&S...)
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance, performance monitoring, and reliability of installations
Participate in improving resources with the aim of increasing their availability rate
Ensure reporting in the CMMS monitoring system
Operational:
Diagnosis and repair of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical breakdowns
Develop an intervention plan based on diagnostics
Disassemble and reassemble mechanical systems according to plans, procedures, and standards
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment on site
Perform functional tests after repairs
Repair and adjust equipment
Write reports on CMMS system (Example: Planon, SAP)
Identify the causes of major breakdowns
Participate in the continuous improvement process
Compliance with current OHS standards
Who are you?
DEP in electromechanics or DEC in industrial mechanics
Knowledge of tools in the aeronautical sector is an asset
Reading and interpreting mechanical plans
Able to read and write in French
Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts
Successfully pass a federal government security investigation for controlled goods
Available for day shift: 06:00 - 18:30
