About the Position

Vector Product Team Lead for Integration, Testing, and Evaluation
We are looking for an experienced Vector Product Team Lead for Integration, Testing, and Evaluation for our Combat Management System 330 (CMS 330) product who will lead integration and testing efforts for the Portugal project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integration, testing, and evaluation for the naval sector, with demonstrated success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the overall CMS 330 product acceptance strategy and plan for the program, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder requirements.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of integration and test engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, software developers, and operational stakeholders, to define test requirements, develop test plans, and conduct tests.
• Oversee the execution of integration and system tests, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality of deliverables, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage test resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment, to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of integration and testing activities.
• Identify, mitigate, and communicate I&E risks, ensuring proactive risk management and determination.
• Facilitate lessons learned and post-project assessments to drive process improvement and knowledge transfer.
• Represent the Integration, Testing, and Evaluation team in project meetings, stakeholder communications, and technical presentations.
• Management of integrated contractors.

What You Bring to the Role

• A relevant diploma from a recognized college or equivalent alternative training, with professional experience and specialized training corresponding to the described tasks.
• A minimum of five years of experience in integration and testing for complex ship systems or similar large-scale engineering projects.
• Demonstrated experience in leading integration and testing activities, showing strong project management and leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of integration and testing principles and ship systems.
• Proficiency in integration and testing planning, execution, and reporting using industry-recognized tools and methodologies.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Canadian citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance.

Additional Desired Skills for the Position

• Experience with naval combat systems.
• Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., Military Standard and NATO Standardization Agreement) and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience in managing highly diverse teams.

Salary Range

$119,000 - $156,000
