Position Summary
We have a current vacancy to join our Team in Canada (Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia). We are looking for a senior product manager to lead the strategy and roadmap for our Bot Management solutions. You will be responsible for staying one step ahead of sophisticated adversaries by developing detection capabilities that distinguish between legitimate users, malicious automation, and desired AI agents.
This is a highly technical role requiring strong product judgment, customer empathy, and the ability to drive execution across complex systems.
Essential Functions
- Define the roadmap and drive execution for the bot management solutions to ensure alignment with customer needs and the evolving market landscape.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to innovate and bring breakthrough cybersecurity solutions to market.
- Engage with global customers to gather feedback, identify market opportunities, analyze competition, and anticipate emerging trends.
- Design an intuitive reporting and configuration experience that simplifies complex security operations with actionable, data-driven insights.
- Work closely with engineering teams to translate customer requirements into product architecture changes that support complex product initiatives.
- Drive architectural decisions that balance detection accuracy, performance, scalability, and customer usability across the platform.
- Own and execute the long-term platform strategy for bot management capabilities, ensuring unified efficacy and experience across multiple products and customer environments.
- Coordinate priorities and dependencies across platform, detection, and infrastructure teams to successfully deliver complex, large-scale initiatives.
- Understand the competitive landscape and monitor industry technology advancements and trends.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience with deep expertise in cybersecurity
- Thoroughly familiar with application security (AppSec) concepts.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Track record of building effective cross-functional relationships, specifically with engineering teams.
- Experience working directly with customers on security feature requirements and feedback.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple major and concurrent projects.
- 0-to-1 & Scaling Mastery: A proven track record of taking a product from concept to launch and then scaling it to a significant user base.
- Show the ability to learn and master new technologies quickly.
- Must be comfortable in a remote working environment across international time zones, mostly with Europe and Western Hemisphere.
Special Position Requirements
Need to travel 2-4 times a year to the US/Canada and Europe
The reference Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between Total Target Cash (TTC) 160,000.00 - 195,000.00 CAD Annual.
This reflects how companies in a similar industry and geographic region generally pay for similar jobs. This range helps the Company make pay decisions as one data point among many. Where a position falls within this range is also dependent on other factors including - but not limited to - the employee's career path history, competencies, skills and performance, as well as the company's annual salary budget, the customer's program requirements, and the company's internal equity.
