Job offer: Project / Program Manager
Location: Montreal (QC)

Schedule: Day shift
Expected start date: April 2026
Type: Full-time, permanent
Hybrid position: 4 days onsite and 1 day teleworking (the day will be flexible)
About the project
As an industrial project manager / continuous improvement manager, you will use your project management skills to coordinate, plan, execute industrial manufacturing and/or logistics projects while ensuring that health & safety rules are respected and risks are eliminated.
Responsibilities
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement based on problem-solving techniques as well as Kaizen, "Six Sigma", "Lean", "Design Thinking" and Agile concepts.
- Implement improvement projects
- Define and control the evolution, key milestones and control points of the project and monitor them.
- Be responsible for the overall execution of your projects, from initiation to delivery.
- Assume budget responsibility for large-scale projects of up to 1 million.
- Assume schedule responsibility
- Be responsible for the investment and replacement of obsolete machinery/equipment within manufacturing.
- Provide a financial (Business case) and technical justification for project definition and operation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, both inside and outside the department.
- Work with resource managers
Skills and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial project management
- PMP, PMI-ACP certification (asset)
- Knowledge of logistics activities
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (asset)
