We manufacture next-generation engines that power the world R What your team will do daily: Lead the team by providing instructions and handling priorities. Oversee the training and monitoring of staff. Identify problems that affect product quality and come up with solutions. Synthesize the data to target the systemic causes of product escapes and customer interventions. Encourage internal customers and suppliers to work together to create effective strategies that will improve results. Maintain an orderly work environment. Arrange and lead process analyses. Facilitate process maturity to ensure stability and repeatability. Ensure coordination with internal teams and external partners for optimal support. What you need to be successful: Technical degree with minimum 15 years experience, or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Aerospace, Quality, and minimum 10 years experience. Knowledge of computer systems such as SAP, Power BI (an asset). Knowledge of Catia (an asset). Experience with ASQR standards and PPAP techniques (an asset). In-depth knowledge of Six Sigma principles or other continuous improvement principles (an asset). This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with clients, suppliers, or international colleagues.
