Store Manager / HO Store Manager

The A220 commercial aircraft program is seeking a Store Manager to join our Operations team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).

You will be part of the Airbus Canada Transport and Logistics team.

Your Challenges:

• Lead a team of supervisors while upholding Airbus’s vision and values.
• Identify, document, and standardize key processes required to achieve targets.
• Drive continuous improvement, notably through structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Establish and monitor key production and material control targets.
• Coach and mentor your supervisory team to cultivate talent across the organization.
• Optimize knowledge sharing and best practices across the organization.

Your Profile:

• Experience managing a team of supervisors in a manufacturing environment (aerospace experience is an asset).
• Proficiency in French (bilingualism is an asset).
• Strong grasp of lean manufacturing principles (value-added production).
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven planning and organizational skills to deliver results.
• An entrepreneurial mindset.
• College or university degree in aerospace, engineering, or manufacturing management, or equivalent experience demonstrating strong management capabilities.
