Product Lead - Data and Artificial Intelligence - Temporary

The Product Lead - Data is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and managing the data product roadmaps for their respective areas.

This key role carries our vision for data products, with a focus on a continuous delivery model and overall success.

Main responsibilities

  • Determine the vision, roadmap, and prioritization of data-driven initiatives.
  • Lead and influence others to achieve results in a matrixed team.
  • Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog while working with agile delivery teams.
  • Analyze business needs, translate them into clear requirements, and ensure data solutions meet stakeholder needs.
  • Liaise between stakeholders and teams by tracking delivery progress, and report key milestones to the management team.
  • Develop innovative and effective approaches to solve business problems using data analytics.
  • Actively communicate results and methodologies.
  • Understand and document solution data dependencies, business rules, and data flow patterns, e.g., between the source and consuming systems, as well as logical processes and interfaces with other systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and at least five years of mandatory experience as a Product Lead, Management Systems Analyst, or Product Owner for data projects, including hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle (Master of Science, preferred).
  • Creative mind, ability to define and implement a vision, and flexibility to adapt as needed.
  • Strong communication skills and a marked ability to act as an intermediary between business stakeholders and technical expertise.
  • Strong numerical aptitude, strong analytical mind, keen business sense, and good judgment.
  • Initiative, positive attitude, and curiosity to learn.
  • Knowledge of analytics, data platforms, and user testing to achieve results.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrate punctuality and reliability to support the overall success of the team in a fast-paced environment.

Terms of employment:

Candidates must be eligible to work in the country concerned at the time an offer of employment is made and are responsible for obtaining the necessary work permits, visas, or other authorizations. Proof of eligibility must be provided before the start date.
