POSITION OBJECTIVE: This position involves leading the aircraft and crew through all phases of international flights, providing a safe, smooth and customer-focused travel experience. SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft and the safety of all passengers on board, from take-off to landing.
• Support the flight schedule of the assigned aircraft on an ad hoc basis;
• Develop expert knowledge of aircraft, operational policies, standards and procedures;
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft and the safety of all passengers on board, from take-off to landing.

• Valid Airline Transport Pilot License;
• International flight experience preferred;
• Total of 3000 flight hours;
• 2000 hours as Captain;
• 500 hours jet pilot experience;
• Challenger 3500 experience is an asset, but strongly desired;
• CL30 type rating
• Customer service oriented, respectful of others and with strong interpersonal skills;
• Candidates must meet ICAO eligibility requirements applicable to commercial operations performed wholly or partly outside Canada.
• Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail;
• Ability to work under pressure.
