POSITION OBJECTIVE: This position involves leading the aircraft and crew through all phases of international flights, providing a safe, smooth and customer-focused travel experience. SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft and the safety of all passengers on board, from take-off to landing.
- Support the flight schedule of the assigned aircraft on an ad hoc basis;
- Develop expert knowledge of aircraft, operational policies, standards and procedures;
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft and the safety of all passengers on board, from take-off to landing.
- Valid Airline Transport Pilot License;
- International flight experience preferred;
- Total of 3000 flight hours;
- 2000 hours as Captain;
- 500 hours jet pilot experience;
- Challenger 3500 experience is an asset, but strongly desired;
- CL30 type rating
- Customer service oriented, respectful of others and with strong interpersonal skills;
- Candidates must meet ICAO eligibility requirements applicable to commercial operations performed wholly or partly outside Canada.
- Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail;
- Ability to work under pressure.
