Boeing 737 Captain

Nolinor Aviation is currently looking for a Boeing 737-200 Captain for its Yellowknife base. Please note that this position is not on a rotation basis.

Responsibilities

• Operate the aircraft in accordance with the regulations, standards and directives of Transport Canada, the manufacturer and Nolinor;
• Ensure the safe and efficient transport of all passengers on board, from takeoff to landing;
• Ensure that all crew members perform their duties appropriately and professionally during the flight;
• Participate in the company's safety management system;
• Possibility of performing online proficiency checks and providing online training;
• Participate in updating the procedures in the aircraft manuals;
• Perform any other related duties, as listed in the company's Operations Manual.

Requirements

• Hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL);
• Have jet PIC or FO hours or PIC hours in the 705;
• Be a Canadian citizen or have permanent resident status;
• Hold a valid passport;
• Strong leadership skills;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Customer service oriented with the ability to build relationships with clients;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Flexibility with a variable work schedule;
• Fluency in English, both oral and written, in order to communicate with passengers on board and various collaborators.
