Job Description

As Integration Manager, you lead the End-to-End deployment from phase G2 to commissioning (G10) of the Data Loading System (DLW). Your role is to transform an engineering requirement into a high-performance industrial solution, ensuring that each A220 aircraft leaves the line with the exact, certified, and digitally traced software configuration.

  • Your Challenges

Test Environment Governance: Lead the evolution of the Data Loading Workbench as a service center for production, ensuring the availability of tools and communication interfaces.

Digital Configuration Mastery: Ensure consistency between "as designed" (Engineering) and "as loaded" (As-built) for the entire A220 avionics.

Value Chain Optimization: Define off-aircraft preparation strategies to relieve the final assembly line and anticipate software conflicts.

Information System Interfacing: Ensure digital continuity between engineering databases, the DLW workbench, and management systems.

Workbench Lifecycle Management: Establish a maintenance, calibration, and update system for software loading equipment (DLW).

Production Operations Support: Act as an expert consultant to resolve integration issues on the aircraft's various systems.

Aviation Safety and Compliance: Rigorously apply validation protocols to ensure that each injected software configuration complies with airworthiness standards, eliminating any risk of in-flight system error.

Requirements

  • As an ideal candidate,

You hold a technical college diploma and/or a Bachelor's degree in applicable engineering (avionics, software, or electrical).

You have 10 years of experience in an industrial environment, with marked expertise in test benches and ground tests.

Analytical Skills: Proficiency in solving complex problems related to the interaction between hardware (LRU) and embedded systems.

Organization: Proven ability to plan the deployment of test benches and coordinate the first unit in production.

Language: You have functional mastery of French, both oral and written (knowledge of English is an asset).
