Job Description
As Integration Lead, you will manage the end-to-end deployment from phase G2 to commissioning (G10) of the data loading system (DLW). Your role is to turn an engineering requirement into a high‑performance industrial solution, ensuring that each A220 aircraft leaves the line with the exact, certified and digitally traced software configuration.
Responsibilities
- Test environment governance: Lead the evolution of the workstation (Data Loading Workbench) as a service center for production, ensuring the availability of tools and communication interfaces.
- Digital configuration control: Ensure consistency between "as designed" (Engineering) and "as loaded" (As‑built) for all A220 avionics.
- Value chain optimization: Define off‑airframe preparation strategies to relieve the final assembly line and anticipate software conflicts.
- Information systems interfacing: Ensure digital continuity between engineering databases, the DLW bench and management systems.
- Bench lifecycle management: Implement a maintenance, calibration and update system for software loading equipment (DLW).
- Production operations support: Act as a subject‑matter expert to resolve integration issues across aircraft systems.
- Airworthiness and compliance: Rigorously apply validation protocols to ensure that each injected software configuration complies with airworthiness standards, eliminating any risk of system errors in flight.
Requirements
As an ideal candidate,
- You hold a technical college diploma and/or a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field (avionics, software or electrical).
- You have 10 years of industrial experience, with significant expertise in test benches and ground testing.
- Analytical skills: Proven ability to solve complex problems related to interactions between hardware (LRU) and onboard systems.
- Organization: Proven ability to plan the deployment of test benches and coordinate the first unit in production.
- Language: You are functionally proficient in French, both written and spoken (knowledge of English is an asset).
