Job Description

As the integration manager, you drive the End-to-End deployment from the G2 phase to commissioning (G10) of the Data Loading System (DLW). Your role is to transform an engineering requirement into a high-performance industrial solution, ensuring that every A220 aircraft leaves the line with the exact software configuration, certified and digitally traced.

Your Challenges

Test Environment Governance: Drive the evolution of the workbench (Data Loading Workbench) as a service center for production, ensuring the availability of tools and communication interfaces.

Digital Configuration Mastery: Guarantee consistency between "as-designed" (Engineering) and "as-built" for all A220 avionics.

Value Chain Optimization: Define off-aircraft preparation strategies to relieve the final assembly line and anticipate software conflicts.

Information Systems Interfacing: Ensure digital continuity between engineering databases, the DLW bench, and management systems.

Bench Life Cycle Management: Implement a maintenance and calibration system, and update software loading equipment (DLW).

Production Operations Support: Act as an expert consultant to resolve integration issues on the various aircraft systems.

Aviation Safety and Compliance: Rigorously apply validation protocols to ensure that each injected software configuration complies with airworthiness standards, eliminating any risk of systemic in-flight error.

Requirements

As the ideal candidate,

You hold a technical college diploma (DEC) and/or a bachelor's degree in applicable engineering (avionics, software, or electrical).

You have 10 years of industrial experience, with marked expertise in test benches and ground testing.

Analytical Skills: Mastery of complex problem-solving related to the interaction between hardware (LRU) and embedded systems.

Organization: Proven ability to plan test bench deployment and coordinate the first unit in production.

Language: You have a functional command of the French language, both orally and in writing (knowledge of English is an asset).
