Job Description

Reporting to the Training Manager, the incumbent will act as a strategic partner in the pedagogical development of various training courses offered to our clientele, both internal and external. As such, their main mandates will be to design training plans using a variety of approaches on various subjects related to the field, as well as to produce the required training material using different technologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and structure content;
• Research and develop in-person and online training strategies;
• Prioritize content and ensure it aligns with established objectives;
• Design creative and innovative concepts;
• Write the pedagogical script, training content, and evaluations according to interactive and technical specifications;
• Work jointly with content experts in the course development and revision process;
• Upload and update on the LMS platform;
• Ensure the functionality and quality of training and tools;
• Ensure the maintenance of existing training content;
• Ensure the maintenance of work tools;
• Build training material and transpose certain modules into online training;
• Perform various tasks related to the company's context and needs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the following tools is an asset: Microsoft Office suite, Copilot, Articulate 360, Adobe Suite: (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premier Pro and Audition) Presenter and Final Cut;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to obtain collaboration from third parties;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Demonstrate rigor, curiosity, and creativity;
• Essential writing skills in French and English;
• Excellent command of syntax, grammar, and spelling in French;
• Excellent skills in obtaining information, conducting a needs analysis in French and English.
