Main functions
- Identify and review reservations for top-tier and International Business Class customers.
- Ensure that special service requests are met.
- Communicate through the global network of Air Canada Concierge Service agents.
- Greet and assist high-value or prestige customers.
- Provide assistance to customers with special needs.
- Proactively follow up on correspondence and modify reservations as needed.
- Collaborate with Super Elite Reservations and Customer Relations to address service failures.
- Maintain the Concierge Service Agent Library and daily log.
- Develop a network of resource persons to respond to diverse customer requests.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of local attractions, events, hotels, restaurants, and services;
- Exemplary customer service know-how;
- Deep desire to constantly exceed customer expectations while providing personalized service;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Proactive and proactive attitude to solve problems with creative solutions;
- Discernment allowing to balance customer interests and company policy;
- Superior leadership and interpersonal skills; proven ability to work in a team;
- Motivation and excellent ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks at once;
- Knowledge and experience as an Agent - Sales and Customer Service - Airports, an asset;
- Superior knowledge of carrier services and airport procedures, an asset;
- Ticketing experience, an asset;
- Ability to comply with Air Canada uniform and dress code guidelines;
- Ability to meet Air Canada medical standards as part of a medical examination;
- Proven punctuality and reliability to promote overall team success in a fast-paced environment;
- Candidates must be able to work shifts in an active 24/7 operating environment, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays;
- Hiring is conditional upon compliance with US Customs and Border Protection (USCBP) requirements and obtaining a customs seal and airport badge;
