What will your daily life look like?

• Use various machining processes, analyze and improvise setups and methods, perform necessary calculations and programming.

• Calculate and program changes for machining and to compensate for dimensional variations of tools, gauges, parts, or machine condition, using computer software.

• Set, adjust, and operate equipment such as sandblasting machines, polishing machines, and waxing or de-waxing basins.

• Perform minor epoxy and detail installation in the rapid maintenance sector.

• Interpret part views and dimensions.

• Select or improvise setups and clamping methods according to the part to be machined.

What you need to succeed
Required skills:

• Ability to work in a team

• Interest in mechanics

• Manual skills

• Analytical mind

• This position is in a French-speaking work environment, however, it requires a basic knowledge of English to understand certain specialized work instructions, drawings, and technical terms that may come from international organizations.

Education

• DEP in Machining Techniques

• Mechanical Engineering Techniques

• Aerospace Engineering Techniques

Experience

• Ideally, the candidate will have one to two years of experience
