Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Full recruitment cycle: Handle job postings, screening applications, interviews, coordinating pre-employment steps (medical exams, dexterity/technical tests), and welcoming new employees.
- Sourcing & Attraction: Perform sourcing to attract top talent while staying attuned to the aerospace market and representing the company at recruitment events and HR marketing initiatives.
- Compliance & Collaboration: Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, prepare and present job offers, and collaborate with stakeholders on various hiring initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in optimizing recruitment processes and support strategic projects for the talent acquisition team.
Profile Sought
- Education: Bachelor's degree, certificate, or college diploma in human resources, administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment (high volume), ideally acquired in the aerospace industry or the industrial sector.
- Interpersonal Skills & Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with managers, candidates, and training partners, coupled with a positive influencing capacity.
- Priority Management: Rigor, organizational sense, and ability to deliver results in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
- Languages: Very good communication skills. Proficiency in French and English (oral and written), essential due to interactions with global entities and international candidates.
- Technologies: Comfort with IT tools and the Google suite, with knowledge of Workday considered an asset.
