Job Description

Main Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment: Handle job postings, resume screening, interviews, coordination of pre-employment steps (medical exams, dexterity/technical tests), and onboarding of new employees.
• Sourcing & Attraction: Perform sourcing to attract top talent while staying tuned to the aerospace market and representing the company at recruitment and HR marketing events.
• Compliance & Collaboration: Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, prepare and present job offers, and collaborate with stakeholders on various recruitment initiatives.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in optimizing recruitment processes and support strategic projects for the talent acquisition team.

Profile Sought

• Education: Bachelor's degree, certificate, or college diploma in human resources, administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment (high volume), ideally acquired in the aerospace industry or the industrial sector.
• Interpersonal Skills & Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with managers, candidates, and training partners, coupled with a capacity for positive influence.
• Priority Management: Rigor, organizational sense, and ability to deliver results in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
• Languages: Very good communication skills. Proficiency in French and English (oral and written), essential due to interactions with global entities and international candidates.
• Technologies: Comfort with IT tools and the Google suite, with knowledge of Workday considered an asset.
