Job Description
Talent development is a subject close to your heart, you have experience in organizational development and project management, and you wish to evolve in a complex, dynamic and changing transnational environment? This position is for you!
The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for an Organizational Development Advisor to join our Human Resources team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work jointly with the Head of Organizational Development & Culture, and a vast network of stakeholders on site, in North America and Europe.
Main functions
Within the organizational development team, the organizational development advisor will work closely with the principal manager of organizational development and organizational culture, as well as various internal and external partners in the development and coordination of training solutions.
Mandate:
Design and deploy leadership, talent development, and cultural initiatives and ensure their follow-up;
Support and guide managers and their teams through the different stages of organizational change (planning, consultation, implementation, concern management, etc.);
Support succession planning and related development activities;
Co-build inclusion and diversity initiatives and strategy;
Support a network of internal facilitators, among others, for the Lean In Circle women's leadership program.
Define performance indicators related to organizational development initiatives, measure impacts, and adjust approaches;
Provide recommendations for improving existing training programs, particularly the mentoring program, leadership, and diversity and inclusion training.
Interact with the OD manager, HRBPs, learning partners, and the coordination team to provide information and reports on learning and development programs and activities to ensure visibility;
Prepare presentation and communication materials related to training programs (e.g., Google presentations, data graphics, newsletters, internal articles, training catalogs, etc.);
Facilitate and lead workshops;
Requirements
Required qualifications
University undergraduate degree in human resource management or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in organizational development.
Experience and strong consulting skills with managers.
Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
Skills and aptitudes
Actively implemented and participated in talent development, culture management, engagement, and change management projects.
Demonstrate positive leadership.
Demonstrate strong project management skills.
Possess developed emotional intelligence (ability to recognize, understand, and control one's own emotions and deal with those of others).
Ability to quickly analyze complex and political issues to make the right decisions.
Ability to establish a positive work environment based on collaboration, trust, and respect.
Possess good political acumen.
Assets
Master's degree in organizational development.
Be a CRHA/CRIA member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés.
