Recruitment Advisor (Temporary Contract)

· Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to fill key positions.

· Manage the entire recruitment cycle: needs analysis, job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, negotiation, and onboarding.

· Conduct market research and advise managers on job market trends and best hiring practices.

· Leverage technological tools and platforms to optimize sourcing and improve the candidate experience.

· Design and execute talent attraction strategies while building a strong candidate pool.

· Participate in strategic projects related to talent acquisition (e.g., employer brand, process improvement).

· Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and promote the company's image.

· Analyze performance metrics and make recommendations to improve recruitment efficiency.

· You hold a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.

· You possess a minimum of 8 years of end-to-end corporate recruitment experience, including recruitment for complex positions (legal, communications, marketing, IT, finance, etc.).

· You have excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English.

· You demonstrate strong influencing and advisory skills, as well as the ability to build trusting relationships with stakeholders.

· You have managed multiple recruitment mandates in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.

· You have experience in recruitment for positions in Canada, the United States, and internationally.

· You have a strong customer orientation as well as an innovative and solutions-oriented mindset.

· You master sourcing techniques (Boolean search, etc.) as well as digital recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).

· You have a good knowledge of market trends and best recruitment practices.

· You are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.

· You possess knowledge of SAP HR and an applicant tracking system (ATS), such as SuccessFactors.
