Responsibilities
Administrative support:
- Master the Workday system and manage administrative processes such as employment contracts (permanent, fixed-term, intern), employee file management, absence management, etc.;
- Extract various reports and ensure data consistency in the system, by analyzing indicators and submitting recommendations to the HRBP based on actions and trends to support strategic decision-making;
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying risks and alerting the HRBP to various problematic situations;
- Prepare various administrative supports for the HRBP team to ensure standardization and consistency of transmitted information;
- Support the HRBP in the People Tempo cycle, including planning assistance, tool creation, supporting documentation, and communications to be transmitted;
- Organize and prepare respective reviews and ensure quality and timely reporting;
- Take part in various meetings such as team meetings and complete meeting minutes and the action table;
- Ensure compliance with data consolidation in the shared directory;
- Ensure coordination of all activities surrounding termination of employment and ensure tangible data is provided on reasons for departures and attrition reduction;
- Ensure that all relevant policies and procedures are implemented and comply.
- Perform Workday updates in connection with all employee life cycle actions, from hiring to retirement;
Employee support:
- Provide support to employees by answering their questions referred by HR Connect, guiding them to the right resources, and helping them understand HR policies and procedures, etc.;
- Refer employees to the HRBP in conflict situations or those requiring support.
Your profile:
- You have a Bachelor's degree or a certificate in human resources management;
- You have a minimum of one year of experience in a human resources support role;
- You are fluent in French and English, both spoken and written;
- You are a good communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships;
- You are results-oriented and organized with the ability to plan and meet deadlines;
- You demonstrate initiative and judgment and act as a facilitator in change management;
- You demonstrate aptitudes in a fast-paced and often interrupted work environment.
