Responsibilities

Administrative support:

  • Master the Workday system and manage administrative processes such as employment contracts (permanent, fixed-term, intern), employee file management, absence management, etc.;
  • Extract various reports and ensure data consistency within the system, analyzing indicators and submitting recommendations to the HRBP based on actions and trends to support strategic decision-making;
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying risks and alerting the HRBP to various problematic situations;
  • Prepare various administrative support materials for the HRBP team to ensure standardization and consistency of transmitted information;
  • Support the HRBP in the People Tempo cycle, including assistance with planning, tool creation, support documentation, and communications to be transmitted;
  • Organize and prepare respective reviews and ensure timely quality and reporting;
  • Take part in various meetings such as team meetings and complete meeting minutes and the action board;
  • Ensure compliance with data consolidation in the shared repository;
  • Coordinate all activities surrounding employment termination and ensure the transmission of tangible data on departure reasons and attrition reduction;
  • Ensure that all relevant policies and procedures are implemented and compliant.
  • Perform Workday updates related to all employee life cycle actions, from hire to retirement;

Employee support:

  • Provide support to employees by answering their questions referred through HR Connect, directing them to the right resources, and helping them understand HR policies and procedures, etc.;
  • Refer employees to the HRBP during conflict situations or when support is needed.

Your profile:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree or certificate in human resources management;
  • You have a minimum of one year of experience in a human resources support role;
  • You are fluent in French and English, both orally and in writing;
  • You are a good communicator with the ability to build and maintain good relationships;
  • You are results-oriented and organized with the ability to plan and meet deadlines;
  • You show initiative and judgment and act as a facilitator in change management;
  • You demonstrate skills in a fast-paced and frequently interrupted work environment.
