Job Description

As a Travel Consultant, you will accompany our clients in planning and booking their dream vacations. You will use your expertise to understand their needs and recommend suitable destinations, itineraries, and accommodations. Your role also includes business development, active prospecting, and expanding your clientele.

You will be responsible for all file follow-ups, including payments, changes, special requests, confirmations, and complete support for the client until their return from travel.

Please note that our agencies are open 7 days a week, including certain evenings.

Your main responsibilities

  • Advise clients on travel options offered by our partners.
  • Develop and maintain a loyal clientele through personalized and professional service.
  • Conduct prospecting and create business opportunities to support sales growth.
  • Ensure complete management of client files, from booking to trip finalization.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
  • Quickly analyze customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Sell travel packages in all categories, including complex itineraries on Apollo and Sirev.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, anticipate travelers' needs, and adapt to complex situations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a retail environment with targets.
  • Mandatory OPC certification.
  • Ability to develop strong and authentic business relationships.
  • Excellent team spirit and strong ability to collaborate and help each other to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent communication skills and dynamic attitude.
  • Comfortable with social media and ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends.
