What are your contributions to the team?
- Develop integrated communication plans aligned with corporate and operational priorities to support major cultural change.
- Advise senior executives and vice-presidents on positioning, messaging, engagement strategies, and executive presence.
- Support the development of authentic and compelling narratives aligned with corporate objectives.
- Translate complex business initiatives into clear and compelling narratives tailored to diverse audiences.
- Ensure message consistency across functions and management levels.
- Oversee the development and submission of award applications.
- Proactively identify communication opportunities to support the achievement of business and transformation objectives.
- Enhance the visibility and influence of senior executives through strategic content, thought leadership, and high-level speaking and engagement opportunities.
- Write and coordinate leadership communications, including executive messages, town halls, speeches, briefing documents, and strategic updates.
- Support CEO communication initiatives, key messages, scripts, and other communications.
- Prepare executive briefing notes, Q&As, stakeholder documents, and executive communication positioning documents.
- Define communication key performance indicators (KPIs), track progress, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Establish trusting relationships with internal clients and an international network of communication professionals.
- Collaborate with government affairs and public relations teams to ensure message alignment for external positioning and reputation management.
- Contribute to thought leadership content, public statements, executive visibility initiatives, and digital presence (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Support preparation for media interactions, conferences, and industry events.
How to thrive in this role?
- 7 to 10 years of experience in corporate communications, executive communications, public affairs, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience supporting executive teams or senior managers in high-visibility environments.
- Proven experience in executive positioning, thought leadership development, or personal branding.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to act with discretion and good judgment in high-visibility situations.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
