We are looking for a Senior Advisor, Human Resources and Corporate Culture to join our ranks!
Position Summary
The Senior Talent & Culture Advisor will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving talent management programs, while delivering high-quality training and facilitation, in both French and English. This role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, program delivery capability, and practical facilitation expertise.
Your contribution as Senior Advisor, Human Resources and Corporate Culture
Talent Management Programs
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of key talent management processes, such as:
- Performance management
- Leadership and soft skills development programs
- Succession planning
- Career development
- Employee engagement and retention
- Employee listening
- Corporate culture transformation
- Change management
- Ensure alignment of talent management programs with MHIRJ's strategic priorities and business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness using data, analytics, and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Promote inclusive talent management practices, consistent with diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
Training and Facilitation
- Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and leadership programs in English and French.
- Facilitate discussions around talent, including calibration sessions and leadership forums.
- Adapt learning solutions to different audiences, ensuring a high level of engagement and impact.
Business Partnership
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and HR partners on talent-related issues.
- Help leaders identify, develop, and retain key talent.
- Collaborate to integrate talent management practices into the employee lifecycle.
Change Management and Communication
- Support the deployment of talent initiatives through effective communication and change management strategies.
- Develop tools, templates, and communication materials to empower leaders and employees.
Here's what's needed for success:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or a related field.
- Experience in designing and implementing talent management programs.
- Experience in facilitating training sessions and workshops for various audiences.
- Professional experience in a corporate, industrial, or aviation-related environment (asset).
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Strategic mindset and excellent execution capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Analytical mind and ability to leverage data for decision-making
- Highly adaptable, collaborative, and professional
- English is required for the position as the selected person will regularly communicate with colleagues, clients or partners located outside Quebec.
