Position summary:
Reporting to the HR manager, the Talent Acquisition Advisor acts as a strategic partner to managers and employees. They advise and support across HR areas while ensuring implementation of HR programs in compliance with internal policies, laws and standards. The role is responsible for the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit and contributes actively to continuous improvement of employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities:
In a strongly unionized context governed by two distinct collective agreements (in addition to the white‑collar employee group), your main responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a strategic partner to managers to identify recruitment needs and define the required profiles.
- Planning and executing the full recruitment process: needs validation, job postings, talent sourcing, application management and interview coordination.
- Representing the company at job fairs and recruitment events, and actively promoting the employer brand.
- Deploying creative and effective candidate sourcing strategies using digital platforms, professional networks, industry events and academic partnerships.
- Conducting structured interviews to assess technical skills, behavioral competencies and cultural fit with the company values.
- Ensuring a professional, humane and transparent candidate experience with rigorous follow‑ups at each stage.
- Preparing job offers, negotiating employment terms and coordinating work permit procedures when required.
- Implementing and monitoring onboarding processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Producing, analyzing and presenting key recruitment performance indicators (KPIs).
- Leading, mobilizing and supporting an internal ambassador network to strengthen employer attractiveness and recruitment initiatives.
- Ensuring knowledge, interpretation and application of internal policies, employee manuals, collective agreements and group insurance plans.
- Sharing HR best practices across Airbus entities.
- Staying updated on trends, best practices and innovative tools to continually optimize recruitment methods and processes.
- Carrying out any other tasks related to the role’s responsibilities.
Your profile:
You are the ideal candidate if you have:
- Education: college diploma in HR or another relevant discipline.
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant recruitment experience, including full‑cycle recruitment, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent judgment, strong proactivity and a creative mindset to propose innovative solutions.
- Good knowledge of current labor standards and employment law.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively and build solid interpersonal relationships.
- Proven ability to manage priorities in a constantly evolving and transitional environment.
- Leadership, autonomy and initiative in carrying out responsibilities.
- Intermediate English skills, both oral and written, as some recruitments may be conducted in English.
