Job Summary:

Under the supervision of the Finance Director, the Support Functions Management Controller is responsible for ensuring the monitoring of the financial performance of the Purchasing, Scheduling, Logistics (Inventories), and Facilities Management functions. Their mission is to compile and analyze results, develop financial forecasts, and provide strategic analyses to ensure budget compliance and promote optimal strategic decision-making.

Your challenges:

• In collaboration with business partners, establish, monitor, and analyze budgets and financial forecasts;

• Perform month-end tasks: variance analysis, adjustments, provisions, and cost allocations;

• Monitor support operations, identify trends to anticipate financial risks and opportunities;

• Analyze performance variances and propose corrective actions;

• Participate in defining strategies to achieve profitability objectives;

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration. A professional designation (CPA) is a significant asset.

• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in management control and/or financial analysis, ideally in an aerospace or manufacturing environment.

• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.);

• Mastery of the MS Office Suite, with an advanced level of Excel;

• Analytical skills, rigor, sense of planning, and problem-solving;

• French-English bilingualism, both oral and written, is required to interact with internal teams and partners.
