To support this growth and optimize our manufacturing operations, A.T.L.A.S. Aéronautik inc. is looking for a Controller.

A trusted partner to management, the chosen person will play a central role in the reliability of management information related to finances, the quality of internal controls, and the efficiency of the company's administrative and accounting processes.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Perform the entire accounting cycle as well as the production of financial statements and management reports.
  • Prepare the files required for external audits and act as the main point of contact with auditors.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of accounting and management information.
  • Advise management on the strategic management of processes, contracts, short/medium/long-term strategy, and operational profitability.
  • Simplify, standardize, and automate accounting processes.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) necessary for tracking operations and decision-making.

Training and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • CPA professional title.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in inventory control, work-in-progress, and cost accounting.
  • Experience in the autonomous management of the complete accounting cycle.
  • Solid experience in budgeting and financial analysis.
  • Experience with ERP software.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of EPICOR software is an asset.
